In this role you will manage media campaigns from beginning to end and be responsible for the execution across all appropriate channels as well the development of short-term tactical sales and brand management marketing plans to ensure the brand’s integrity.

Purpose of the role:

The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager provides project management and administrative support, assists with marketing operations and sales support as assigned by the Marketing Manager. Works independently on special projects according to agreed timelines and special requests.

Assistant Brand Marketing Manager. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, implement and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising.
  • Assist in development and distribution of marketing collaterals. Elaborate briefs, monitor & control pending jobs on task management system. Ensure compliance to deadlines and escalate deviations and risks.
  • Liaise with the agencies, external suppliers, freelancers & in house graphic designers for the implementation of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports. Provide data & ROI analytics related to marketing campaigns for line management review.
  • Execute, track, measure and report performance of all marketing channels.
  • Work with the operations team on the execution of marketing plans and sales promotions.
  • Collect feedback from other departments
  • Manage databases
  • Create and follow-up of content calendar for ongoing communications and social media
  • Department expense tracking: create, register and control local purchase orders, fulfil spend sheets, ensure budget compliance and escalate deviations and risks
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion improvement tests
  • Collaborate with internal terms to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate new and creative growth strategies
  • Organize and coordinate launches, road shows and events.
  • Development and follow up of strategic partnerships
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Identify trends and insights, an optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Maintain and enrich all external perceptions of the brand.

Assistant Brand Marketing Manager. Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelors/ Diploma in Marketing/ Marketing Communications or related discipline.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of related marketing experience in the Food/ Beverage and/or Ecommerce Industry.
  • Matured, well-organized and able to work independently.
  • Strong e-commerce & data analysis skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, with high level of initiative.
  • Have experience in dealing with external agencies.
  • Strong Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to cope in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to give clear briefs.
  • Demonstrates extreme attention to detail.
  • A person who takes initiative and identifies what needs to be done and takes action before being asked.

Assistant Brand Marketing Manager. Interpersonal Requirements:

·        Strong communication and writing skills.

·        Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution.

·        Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets.

·        Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment.

Assistant Brand Marketing Manager . Job Type: Full-time (Sunday to Thursday)

Salary: AED 12,000/Month + Medical + Annual Airfare
