Bilingual Customer Support Representative – Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will work closely with and directly report to the Support Team Lead. You will be expected to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

You will work closely with and directly report to the Support Team Lead. You will be expected to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Who You Are

With at least 3 years of Customer Support Experience.

Develop a rapport with customers.

Proficient in using Freshdesk and Zendesk and other customer support tools.

Fluent in English – bilingual is a PLUS (French, Spanish).

With excellent problem-solving skills.

Has a positive attitude.

With great documentation skills.

A team-player. Humble and willing to roll off sleeves to do grunt work.

Bilingual Customer Support Representative

Open to working with a flexible schedule (Day, Mid, Night Shift and weekends).

Excellent written communication and customer handling skills.

Excellent listening and multitasking skills.

Has good organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

With good interpersonal and social skills.

Able to resolve conflict without worrying too much.

Able to work under pressure.

Bilingual Customer Support Representative

Can adapt to inevitable changes around the workplace.

Able to deal professionally with demanding customers.

Able to learn new products and technologies.

Has working knowledge of PC architecture/technology.

Has working knowledge of Web and mobile applications.
