Business Development Lead – Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing warm leads and building a robust new business pipeline for our CRM business consulting and implementation services
- Managing opportunities from Lead stage to closure
- Overseeing the delivery of projects, managing the on-going retainers’ activities, ensuring the work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and to budget
- Creating a detailed business development approach and plan that is updated regularly and shared with management
- Participating in account brainstorming and media/communication strategy development
- Attending networking events/seminars to maximize awareness of the Emakina/Cloudworks brand
- Winning new business and achieving agreed revenue and margin targets
- Generating high-quality leads
- Preferably having an in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce products and value proposition
- Writing compelling business proposals and sales pitch presentation
- Pitching business proposals to clients, negotiating and closing sales
- Successfully managing the sales process from lead generation to conversion
Business Development Lead. Skills required:
- At least 5 years of experience in software service sales or business consulting
- Technically savvy, with a good knowhow of CRM and Salesforce products including Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud for both B2C and B2B (or similar SAAS leading solutions like Microsoft)
- Equipped with strong commercial and communication skills, you are eager to develop customer’s accounts and offer them perspectives for further collaborations.
- Energetic and keen to travel frequently to meet clients all across the GCC
