Moxie is particularly popular in the wellness and fitness verticals, but can be used for any type of live online classes.

About The Role

We are looking for a customer service focused Client Success Specialist with online experience. The Client Success Specialist will be a crucial part of a growing team that will support onboarding clients, conducting products demos, and responding to support inquiries.

Customer Success Specialist. You Will

  • Provide customer service to clients via online chat, email, forums, and other forms of messaging
  • Serve as a main contact for instructor onboardings
  • Act as an expert on all Moxie site features
  • Report to product teams on customer needs and product issues

Customer Success Specialist. You Have:

  • 3+ years of online support experience
  • Experience working with online support technology such as FreshDesk, Intercom
  • Proactively troubleshooted issues in real-time and worked though the proper escalation processes
