Alegeus seeks an Executive Client Partner to join our dedicated, passionate team of professionals. The Executive Client Partner will report to the Chief Growth Officer and be responsible for helping our company succeed by managing and growing one of our largest and most strategic accounts.

Executive Client Partner – Remote – Boston, United States


End-to-end ownership of the account and respective account team; demonstrating the ability to develop, implement, and lead both day-to day and long-term strategic initiatives that fosters a mutually beneficial partnership with the client.

Propel revenue and profitability improvements year over year that meet or exceed annual targets by capturing the total addressable market for the account and execute harvesting the revenue and profit potential.

Executive Client Partner – Remote – Boston, United States. OUTCOMES (the “What”):

Financial: Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and the executive leadership team to increase account revenue

·      Define the account go-to-market approach to capture identified opportunities and allocate time/resources appropriately

·      Be attuned to the needs of diverse stakeholders within the account ecosystem and effectively navigate their complex internal structures and the nuances of the markets in which they operate

·      Play both offense and defense in a complex, dynamic market, effectively balancing strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution

·      In the first year, drive-up account margin and therefore profit via a deep understanding of available levers to pull and adjust

Sales infrastructure/processes: Implement a data-driven, disciplined account sales machines that delivers predictable, repeatable revenue

·      Within three months, design and put in place rigorous pipeline management processes and KPIs to maximize yield on account prospects and surface and capture new opportunities

·      Create and leverage dashboards and other reporting tools to drive accountability and focus time/resources on the highest-ROI activities

·      Achieve target KPIs, including but not limited to pipeline of new opportunities and run-rate revenue growth

·      Align compensation and incentive systems to promote the achievement of ambitious sales targets

Executive Client Partner – Remote – Boston, United States

Subject matter expertise: Utilize existing grasp of the Healthcare Insurance ecosystem and prior experience selling successfully into a large Health Plan(s) to efficiently navigate and build relationships

·      Quickly climb account learning curve to build credibility both within account and Alegeus

·      Be the voice of the account at Alegeus and the voice of Alegeus at the account

·      Bring a deep understanding of broker relationships in key states and utilize that to open priority doors

·      Align on product strategy that is accretive for both the account and Alegeus

Talent and culture: Build and lead a high-performing team by promoting and modeling a culture of urgency, initiative, tenacity, and ownership

·      Within three months, evaluate the team in place relative to objectives. Within six months, identify and close gaps with A players who are hungry, independent self-starters.

·      Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for achieving their objectives. Take direct and timely action on missed goals and underperformance.

·      As appropriate, clarify accountabilities

·      Provide guidance and coaching to help team members succeed. Ensure successors are in place for key roles.

Leadership: Partner effectively with cross-departmental units towards a common goal of amazing service and experience, yielding top and bottom-line growth. Earn their trust and work closely with them to ensure seamless execution.

·      Quickly climb the learning curve on Alegeus’ business to be credible with instrumental cross-departmental leaders

·      Operate with a sense of urgency and ownership for the company’s success. Take the initiative to run with ideas rather than waiting for permission or instruction.

·      Effectively navigate a matrixed organization, always focused on accountability

·      Demonstrate a willingness to make hard decisions and to flex and adapt to changing circumstances

·      Own your side of the field with a no-excuses mindset for both successes and failures

·      Be open to and appreciative of feedback and input

Executive Client Partner – Remote. RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      All responsibilities for this role will be in service of the Outcomes listed above

·      This role will need to partner with many internal and external leaders to design and execute strategy in coordination and partnerships with existing teams and structures

·      Beyond the strategic account team, this role will need to build strong partnerships with the client, internal account management, product, and software development teams in order to realize some of the outcomes

Executive Client Partner – Remote. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

·      Bachelor’s in Business and / or equivalent work experience

·      Experience in health plan design

·      10 years of sales, account management and relationship management experience, particularly in healthcare

·      Track-record of meeting or exceed performance targets and goals

·      Experience managing sales and account teams

·      Experience with project management and successful completion of project-based tasks will be required to be successful
