Executive Director, Human Resources and Employer Relations – Remote.
Under the general direction of the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, the Executive Director is responsible for providing effective leadership, direction, planning, and administration of comprehensive human resources programs and services to include but is not limited to:
guidance on labor relations issues; employee/employer relations policy development and administration;
collective bargaining and contract administration;
administration of investigative services and litigation support for employment and recruitment related complaints;
training and development programs;
administration of employee disability compliance, equity, and accessibility programs;
administration of leaves; administration of grievance processes; and administration of performance management systems.
Executive Director, Human Resources and Employer Relations – Remote
As a strategic partner with the other administrative areas, the Executive Director works collaboratively with Calbright College leadership to accomplish District human resource goals and objectives and performs a variety of other related duties as needed to address business needs and changing business practices.
The Executive Director is expected to set a high service standard for consistent, accurate, timely, and innovative leadership in the administration of human resources programs and services to faculty, staff, students, and the community.
To foster a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout Calbright College; lead by example; actively participate in and support participatory governance components and activities and other collaborative processes; encourage professional excellence among the staff and promote an organizational culture of customer service, innovation, and quality services.
