HR and Administration Manager
We are currently working with a well known food and beverage company in the region with the search for a HR Manager to manage and oversee their operations. The role will be Dubai based.
Responsibilities will include –
Implementation of HR policies across all business units
Timely delivery of accurate monthly Payroll
Employing a strategy and effective tactics to maintain high employee morale
Creation of digital Employee Handbook
Conducting smooth overseas and local recruitment, onboarding activities
Managing salary scales, promotions & increments in sync with company budgets & objectives
Timely payments of End of Service benefits for leavers
Driving a professional Performance Appraisal programme across the business
Conducting Employee surveys to determine degree of employees’ engagement with the business
Conduct Disciplinary Hearings and its documentation in sync with Labor Law
Timely renewals of Commercial License
Timely renewals of all Visas, Emirates IDs & Labor Cards
Effective management of soft-skills, non-brand-specific training programmes
Liaison with Lawyers when required
Package is upto AED 25,000 plus benefits.
HR and Administration Manager. Education / Professional Qualifications:
- • Graduate with additional Human Resources qualifications
- • Strong knowledge of Back Office IT for HR & Self-serve Employee Portal
- • Fluency in MS Office
Skills: Effective communication in English; Knowledge of Arabic a distinct advantage
Experience: You MUST have a background in Food and Beverage for this role
- Experience of at least 7 years in HR/Marketing in the region
