The role of the Junior Account Executive:

As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and companies. Assists with sales, experiential marketing campaigns, onboarding new customer accounts and coordinating with other members of the Business Development and sales team.

Primary Junior Account Executive responsibilities:

 Manage and obtain new customer accounts

 Greet clients warmly and ascertain which package options will work to their advantage

 Assist with placement of orders and upgrade accounts

 Advise on new services and product options

 Maintain clear communication channels to drive retention

 Presentations and promotions.

 Utilise computer/tablet technology to handle a high volume of inquiries.

 Record pertinent customer information such as addresses and phone numbers.

 Actively follow up on client account details

 Have a solutions oriented approach

 Work with manager to ensure proper CRM protocol

 Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and personal improvement.
