Operations and Support Analyst – Sydney, Australia

We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience dealing with private investors as well as enterprise size clients to join the team as our Operations and Support Analyst – Financial Services.

This exciting role within the team will provide expert data and analytics to funders based on their portfolios as well as manage credit losses and optimise revenue.

Operations and Support Analyst. What You’ll Do

  • Provide detailed driven reports to funders based on their portfolios investments and returns.
  • Analyse and reconcile inflows and outflows of financial transactions across the business ensuring information is always up to date and accurate.
  • Help proactively identify any risks and issues as well as improvement opportunities within the portfolios.
  • Assist in the presentation of results to investors of all sizes in a clear and precise manner.
  • Perform Collection duties on the loan portfolio, following up with customers via email and telephone.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and investors at all times.
  • Provide regular updates to management of operational performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Have the flexibility to perform other financial operational and support duties as required by the business from time-to-time.

Operations and Support Analyst. What You Have

  • A degree within a related discipline (preferably financial services related)
  • Experience in producing and analysing financial reports
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in the lending industry including banking settlements and disbursements functions would be highly regarded
  • Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
