Personal Assistant needed in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Job Key Details:
Handle the manager’s diary, review priority of appointments and make necessary decisions
Prepare correspondence and make sure incoming correspondence is handled on behalf of the manager as appropriate
Receive and sort calls, enquiries as well as requests Maintain the office systems Keep up records of manager’s contacts
Attend to all suppliers and clients on behalf of the manager
Plan meetings and make sure the manager is well prepared for such meetings
Prepare documents as well as daily, weekly or monthly reports Carry out any other job related duty as may be required by the manager

Job Qualifications and Experience
Should be a qualified person with a Degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies
Candidates must have minimum qualifications of 3+ years of experience working as a personal assistant, secretary, personal secretary or a similar position
Must be a great communicator with the ability to work well with others
Applicants must have good computer application knowledge with the ability to type very fast Should be presentable,
proactive with an outgoing personality Ability to plan and organize work appropriately
Must be highly flexible in nature A self motivated person who is able to work without supervision Suitable candidates must be from India
