You will need to be rigorous and disciplined with CRM system data as you will be part of a distributed team.
You must be comfortable with Video interviews for candidates and internal meetings.
You must be able to demonstrate the right personal circumstances and motivations that will suit working from home. You will also need to demonstrate a track
record of success and an ability to attract and manage relationships with senior decision makers.
