As part of their business plan to drive and support a growing Asia Pacific portfolio, there is a need to recruit for a high calibre Regional HR Manager to craft out innovative HR strategies and act as an advisor to the senior leadership team in Asia.

Regional Human Resources Manager. Job Description

Reporting to the Global HR Director and leading a team of HR professionals in the region, the Regional HR Manager will be the key advisor to the Asia Pacific leadership team in conceptualising and implementing business and organisation strategies, and providing meaningful insights and/or analysis to various challenges in the Asia markets, particularly in the high-growth markets in Greater China.

The Regional HR Manager will critically evaluate and provide the necessary recommendations to innovate and/or improve the existing HR processes and policies in order for the overall Asia business to leverage for their growth, which includes but not limited to, talent management and engagement, rewards and benefits and talent acquisitions.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, with prior experience in leading remote HR professionals. You have a strong working knowledge of Greater China markets and employment legislations as part of the business growth will focus on these markets.

You have a proven track record of business partnering with senior leadership team to craft out new, innovative and forward-thinking HR strategies. You have excellent communication and influencing skills to support a diverse leadership team and HR stakeholders.

Comfortable with travelling around 25% within Asia.
