- Work closely with business users in all Change Request which includes gathering change requirements, documenting system requirement definition, testing and implementation

- Responsible in managing project development from beginning to end to ensure smooth system implementation for new business initiatives
- Ensure compliance and consistency of application standards and procedures
- Assist in project management of new hardware/software driven by business initiatives
- Ensure proper project documentation
- Support store system operation on rotating shift
- Be responsible for in-house systems daily operations, PC & Laptop Level 1 troubleshooting and POS / Store systems management
- Work closely with Level 1 Helpdesk Team and Business Users on issues reported, follow up closely with Business Users to ensure is resolved effectively and in a timely manner. Operation Support
Education & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Studies
- Minimum 1-5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in retail industry is preferred
- Experience in system integration is preferred
- Experience in IT admin and asset management
