Treasury Coordinator/Officer – Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Treasury Coordinator/Officer will be responsible for supporting the Treasury Manager with all aspects of Treasury Operations, including but not limited to cash management, cash forecasting, liquidity management and treasury reporting.

Treasury Coordinator/Officer . Responsibilities
- Prepare bank accounts opening, bank mandates, KYC and e-banking applications
- Prepare liquidity management applications (cash pooling, fixed deposit, call account)
- Prepare treasury reporting and cash flow
- Maintain proper records for all treasury transactions (scanning, filing)
- Ensure that all the projects cash flow forecasts are submitted on time, assist in reviewing them and follow up with the project commercial teams
- Collate company’s financial/ legal information, projections and projects progress from the concerned team
- Coordinate and liaise with the finance, commercial, tendering and legal teams when required
- Assist in special projects (treasury transformation / TMS)
- Assist to provide information to the banks / auditors when required
- Prepare/process trade finance applications (guarantees, LC’s) on a timely basis
- Any other treasury responsibilities as assigned
Treasury Coordinator/Officer . Qualifications
- Finance degree
- Minimum 2 years of Treasury/Finance experience
- Corporate treasury experience preferred
- Banking experience preferred
- Construction experience preferred
