Admission Scholarships for International Students at University of Toronto, 2020-2021
The University of Toronto offers admission scholarships based on merit and/ or financial need. Our major awards are the National Scholarship Program, President’s Scholars of Excellence Program (PSEP). and University of Toronto Scholars Program.
Majority of our on-admission scholarship funding is awarded automatically. A separate application is not required for these merit-based admission awards. Secondary school students are automatically considered for the merit based awards as part of the U of T admission process.
U of T also offers awards on the basis of criteria such as financial need, academic merit, Indigenous background, first generation students, demonstrated leadership etc. A separate supplementary application must be submitted for these awards.
For additional information on college/faculty awards that may require an application, please refer to the individual college or faculty web site.
Students transferring from another college/university are not eligible for admission awards.
